What to expect
Application

Intro call (30 min)
A casual video call with someone on our team. We want to understand your background and what you're looking for.
Technical / skills assessment
A short, paid take-home relevant to the role. We respect your time — this should take 2-3 hours max.
Final interviews (2 hours)
Meet a few more team members. We'll go deep on your experience and share a lot about how we work.
Offer
If we're both excited, we move fast. Offer within 48 hours of the final round.
